The North Hampton Planning Board’s Application Review Committee (ARC) will meet on Monday, May 20, 2013, at 3:00pm at the Town Hall, 231 Atlantic Avenue to review and discuss the following application:
Case #13:08 – Brent and Maria Flemming, Applicants and Owners of Imprints Day School, 331 Exeter Road, Hampton, Falls, NH 03844, have submitted a Site Plan Review Application for a proposed 4,420 square foot addition to the commercial building (day school) with associated parking and driveway. Property owners: I & M Realty LLC, 2 Lafayette Road, North Hampton, NH; Property location: 2 Lafayette Road, North Hampton, NH; M/L: 003-089-000; Zoning district: I-B/R.
Applications are available at the North Hampton Town Office, 233 Atlantic Avenue, Monday – Friday 8:00am to4:00pm for public review.
