I. The North Hampton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 6:30pm in the Town Hall to consider adoption of the following updated Chapter of the Master Plan:

1. Adoption of Collateralization Policy to replace Performance and Maintenance Security Sections in the Site Plan, Subdivision and Excavation Regulations
