Notice is hereby given of a site walk held by the North Hampton Planning Board on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 9:00am at the property owned by Thomas and Cheryl Nowak, 64 South Road, North Hampton.
The site walk pertains to Planning Board Case #09:12; the Applicants have applied for a Conditional Use Permit under Article IV, Section 409.10 to fill an area 10-feet by 400-feet for the construction of a road to access the back portion of their property.
