Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the North Hampton Planning Board on
Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 6:30pm in the Mary Herbert Conference Room to consider:
1. The adoption of the Route 1 Use Changes Ordinance (continued public hearing
from the December 13, 2007 2nd public hearing).
2. Proposed amendments to Article V, Section 506 – Sign Ordinance (2nd public
hearing).
3. Proposed amendments to Article IV, Section 416 – Sexually Orientated Business
(2nd public hearing).
4. Adoption of the Conservation Subdivision Design Ordinance (2nd public hearing).
