The applicant requests a variance from Article IV, Section 406 to construct a 10-feet addition to the back of the existing dwelling 12-feet from the side yard setback where 25-feet is required. 2. 2007:08 - Mary Reeves, 20 Ross Road, Durham, NH 03824. The applicant requests a variance from Article IV, Section 406 to construct an addition to the existing dwelling 6-feet from the side yard setback where 30 feet is required.
