A special meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 in the Mary Herbert Conference Room at the Town Offices immediately following a Conservation Commission Public Hearing. The time of the Special Meeting will be 8:00 PM.
The Agenda will include:
1. Roll Call
2. New Business
a. To act on whether to make a recommendation to the Board of Selectmen for the purchase of a parcel of land owned by the United Church of Christ and to discuss funding. The Public Hearing for this transaction will be held immediately before the special meeting.
b. To act on whether to make a recommendation to the Board of Selectmen for the purchase of a Conservation easement for a parcel of land owned by Cynthia Jenkins and to discuss funding. The Public Hearing for this transaction will be held immediately before the special meeting.
