NOTICE OF PUBLIC BOND HEARING PURSUANT TO RSA 33:8-a AND RSA 40:13
A public hearing will be held in the Mary B. Herbert Conference Room on the 10th day of January, 2005 at 7 p.m. to consider the incurring indebtedness for the following purpose:
To fund the construction of a Public Works Facility, including a salt shed and a garage, on property currently owned by the Town on Cedar Road; such Facility shall be used for the day-to-day operations of the Public Works Facility and for storage and maintenance of Public Works vehicles and equipment.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on the proposal to issue bonds or notes in an amount not to exceed $950,000 to fund this indebtedness.
