2003:08 – Joan Nordstrom, 67 North Road, North Hampton, NH 03862 requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 406 for relief from a 35-foot side setback; where a current structure is located 22 feet from the edge of the property.  Applicant requests an additional 12 feet encroachment from the current distance in order to build a four-season room replacing and expanding beyond an existing deck.  The applicant also requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 409.9 for relief from the 100-foot setback from an inland wetland.  The property is located at 67 North Road within the R-3 [Low Density Residential] zoning district and is shown on Tax Map #017-072-000.
