2003:08 – Joan Nordstrom, 67 North Road, North Hampton, NH 03862 requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 406 for relief from a 35-foot side setback; where a current structure is located 22 feet from the edge of the property. Applicant requests an additional 12 feet encroachment from the current distance in order to build a four-season room replacing and expanding beyond an existing deck.
