Minutes from the June 22, 2006
Planning Commission Meeting
7:00 p.m.
1) Attendance: Betty Jameson, Paul Daugherty, Gwen Schiada, Cindy Bojokles, John Hofmann.
2) Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
3) John Scott, applicant and Roland Joun, engineer presented a concept plan
and preliminary building drawings for approximately a ½ acre property on
the Westside of Greenwood Avenue south of 7th Street. The Planning Commission discussed various aspects of the site design and building design with the applicant. Items discussed included site grading, setbacks, how storm water management will be addressed and additional windows to break-up large exterior wall space.
The Planning Commission decided to have their July meeting on July 12, 2006 at which time the applicant will provide completed plans for the Category I Site Plan approval.
4) Meeting closed at 8:00 pm. on a motion made by Gwen. Seconded by
Cindy. Meeting adjourn.
