TRASH
Trash is collected on Monday and Friday of each week. All trash must be placed in secured plastic bags and placed in trash cans with a lid. The trash cans should be placed curbside by 6 a.m. on collection days. Please make sure the empty cans are promptly put away after the trash is collected. If you notice stray trash around your property or the street near your property, kindly pick it up and dispose of it.
RECYCLING
Recycling is collected every other Wednesday. Please use the attached Residential Recycling Guide to help you with your recycling efforts. Please note that items to be recyled DO NOT have to be separated.
BULK
Bulk trash pickup is on a ONCE-A-MONTH BASIS, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call Town Hall (301.855.6681 or 410.257.9618) to schedule an appointment for your bulk trash pickup. When you call, you must provide the number of items to be picked up and a brief description of each item. You also need to provide a contact name, street address and phone number.

The trash, recycle and bulk schedule is located on the town website here, published in the semi-annual newsletter and also placed in the information bins at the Post Office.
