Students from the University of Maryland School of Architecture that submitted plans and designs for the Performing Arts Center (PAC) were recognized and given awards last evening at Town Hall. Professor Luis Diego Quiros Pacheco gave an impressive presentation on how the design competition evolved into a studio of forty-two students studying North Beach and the impact of its relationship to the Chesapeake Bay on the town. This collaboration resulted in the collection of a vast amount of data and multiple master planning

You are encouraged to leave your opinion about each design.
