AMENDED MINUTES
Present: Michele McLeod, Mark Alexander, Kirk Blanchard, David Delia, Kim Harrison, Maggie Shaw, Peter Licht, Neil Chaudhary, Mary Gaudet-Wilson, George Miller. Absent: Robert Grossman. Also Present: Pat Boily, David Shugarts
Call to Order: Dr. McLeod called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: Mary Wilson moved to accept the minutes of September 15, 2010. Seconded by Mark Alexander. The vote was unanimous. Minutes of August 11, 2010 to be reviewed at next meeting.
Discussion: Final Report
Committee discussed Epidemiology section. Peter Licht and Kim Harrison will have this section ready for discussion at next meeting.
Committee discussed Education section and came to consensus that TBDAC charge is to delineate an action plan for town residents to protect themselves against TBD. Title of this Section will be changed. Michele McLeod’s draft section and Donna Culbert’s most recent draft will be redrafted by Neil Chaudhary for review at next meeting. Committee discussed content of this section.
Kim Harrison advised that “Defining the Problem” should be ready for discussion at next meeting.

Adjournment: Peter Licht motioned to adjourn at 9:35 p.m. Mary Gaudet-Wilson seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
