THESE MINUTES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN
The Board of Selectmen held a special meeting on Monday, May 24, 2010 in the Council Chambers, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT. First Selectman Llodra called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
PRESENT: First Selectman E. Patricia Llodra, Selectman William F.L. Rodgers and Selectman William F. Furrier
NEW BUSINESS:
- Set Date and Time for the Special Town Meeting: Selectman Furrier moved to set the date and time of the Special Town Meeting as Tuesday, June 1, 2010 in the Board Room at the Municipal Center at 8:00 a.m. Selectman Rodgers seconded. All in favor. The purpose of the Town Meeting will be to set the date and time of the third referendum.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 a.m.
