July 15th, 2010
The Newtown Pension Committee met on Thursday July 15th, 2010 in Town Hall South. The meeting was called to order at 7:38pm.
Present: Tom Murtha, Mark Korotash, Barbara Bloom and Frank Krasowski.
Also in attendance: Carole Ross, Human Resources.
Public Participation: None
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Mr. Korotash, seconded by Mr. Krasowski to approve the May 18th minutes as written.
Bills: Invoice # 30301 - $2016. Motion to approve by Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Korotash. Invoice #30304. - $6240. Motion to approve by Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Krasowski

Reports/requests from retirees: None
A discussion took place regarding the upcoming meeting with the Board of Selectmen on Monday July 19th. Topics included RFP for a new advisor, lowering the rate of return, plan changes and design.
