  • News:  
  • Breakfast with Santa brought in $500, which in turn paid for  the 12/8/11 mailing.
  • Response to Appeal Letter  $5180. Received to date.   Town Budget may include
Money for the building of the dog park, as much as $25,000.  Meeting 1/23/12
everyone who can should show up and be counted.


Updates from Ro at Parks and Rec.
Interest from Bauer Fencing of Woodbury, sent him flyer and map.
Constant Contact contract expiring soon, we will renew for another year.


  • Budget:
  • Town Budget may include Money for the building of the dog park, as much as $25,000.  Meeting 1/23/12
  • everyone who can should show up and be counted.


  • STRUTT YOUR MUTT 2012:   
  • Planning, needing volunteers and co-chair.
  • The date will be May, 19, 2012 at Fairfield Hills.  There is no Rooster Run on this
  • date, we have a choice of the horseshoe or the market area.  A committee
  • is forming for the hard work of planning and soliciting vendors.  Contact Ro
  • if you are interested.  

  • New Business:  
  • Signage at the site:  Sign is being worked on by K Simonds and K Jaeckel.
  • it will be at the site in early spring.
  • It was suggested that the FoNPB visit a local dog park to assess our own needs,
  • this may happen in February or March.  Likely choice is Southbury, CT.
  • Fundraising opportunity presented by A Mangold and agreed upon is to
  • serve as a concession stand 6/10/12  at Dickinson Park: the Event is
  • being planned as a CampExpo.
