Land Use Office Special Meeting
Municipal Building February 24, 2012

Present: Ms. Dean, Ms. Brymer. Also present: George Benson, Land Use Director.
The meeting was opened at 1:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to review drafts of Article III, “Newtown in Perspective, Growth, Change and Trends,” and Article V, “Achieving the Vision: Community Character” and “Achieving the Vision: Special and Overlay Districts and Corridors” of the Plan of Conservation and Development.
A public hearing is scheduled for March 1, 2012.
The meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
