Land Use Office Special Meeting

Present: Ms. Dean, Ms. Brymer, Mr. Poulin. Alternate: Mr. Mulholland. Also present: George Benson, Director of Newtown Land Use Agency.
The meeting was opened at 7:30p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
APPLICATION BY JACK SAMOWITZ FOR A FOUR LOT SUBDIVISION, #40 & #50 MILE HILL ROAD SOUTH, NEWTOWN, CONNECTICUT, ASSESSOR’S MAP 37, BLOCK 8, LOT 5.
Robert Hall, applicant’s lawyer, did not notify the abutters in time. The meeting is therefore continued to November 15, 2007.
The Commission accepted plans for a four-lot subdivision with a large parcel of open space from Julia Wasserman at 113 Walnut Tree Hill Road.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
