Special Meeting August 23, 2010 - 6:00 PM
Members Present: Tom Murtha, Susan Improta, Rosalie Newman, Cindy McIntyre, Ashley Mele, Jim Solomon, Diane Savinelli.
Members Not Present: Layne Lescault, Maureen Birden, Ron Pekrul, Leonard Penna, Denise Rodriguez.
Staff Members Present: Beth Agen
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm on August 23, 2010 by Tom Murtha in the upstairs meeting room at 17 Church Hill Road.
a)Roll Call- the roll of the Board of Directors was taken by signing in and a quorum was established.
2. Executive Session
A motion was made by Cindy McIntyre and Seconded by Jim Solomon to go into executive session. Went into executive session. Beth Agen present.
End of Executive Session 6:34 pm.
Board affirms Beth Agens rights under bylaws and job description.
9. Adjournment
6:35 pm motion made by Rosalie Newman and seconded by Susan Improta to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously by the Board.
