Lease at 121 Mount Pleasant

We currently do not have a lease for the space at 121. We have leased month to month for the past 18 months.

Ken Burns has moved his business to another location. He has offered to lease us the entire building.

Current lease is $2,500 per month for 2,100 sq.

Original offer was to add 1700 sq (3,800) for $4300 month total. With an additional $200 per month for the garages.

Retro fit costs for the building were estimated at $44,300.

When I indicated we were not in a position to pay for renovations, he offered:

$5,000 per month for five years (no increase in lease) to rent entire property. He will pay all renovation expenses.
