Minutes - Special Meeting
Members of the Edmond Town Hall Board of Managers Sub-committees, Budget and Job Descriptions/Reassignment, met on February 18, 2013, Old Court Room, Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street, Newtown, Connecticut.
PRESENT: Karen Pierce, Tom Long, Marie Smith, Margot Hall. Also present was Chairman James Juliano.
The meeting opened at 11:09 A.M. with MOTION made by Marie Smith and seconded by Margot Hall into Executive Session. Motion unanimously passed.
The discussion focused on funds available for salaries in the proposed 2013/14 budget and Job Descriptions/Reassignments.
Motion made by Karen Pierce and seconded by Tom Long to go out of Executive Session. Motion unanimously passed at 12:26 P.M.
None of the discussion called for a vote.
Motion made by Marie Smith and seconded by Karen Pierce to adjourn this meeting.
Motion unanimously passed at 12:26 P.M.
