MINUTES - Special Meeting
December 28, 2012
The Board of Edmond Town Hall Board of Managers convened a Special Meeting at 10:00 A.M. in the Mary Hawley Room, Edmond Town Hall.
PRESENT: James Juliano, Tom Long, Marie Smith, Karen Pierce, Margot Hall
Tom Mahoney, Building Manager
ABSENT: Mary Fellows
The Board discussed the proposed budget for 2013/14.
MOTION made by Karen Pierce and seconded by Tom Long to go into Executive Session at 11:05 A.M. Motion unanimously passed.
Discussion was held on the proposed budget for 2013/14 “Salaries” and “Town Contribution”
MOTION made by Karen Pierce and seconded by Marie Smith to go out of Executive Session at 11:12 A.M. Motion unanimously passed.
MOTION made by Tom Long and seconded by Karen Pierce to approve the proposed budget for 2013/14, changing the Item “Town Contribution” to $125,000.00. Motion unanimously passed.
MOTION made by Karen Pierce and seconded by Marie Smith to go into Executive Session at 11:27 A.M. Motion unanimously passed.
MOTION made by Tom Long and seconded by Marie Smith to go out of Executive Session at 11:40 A.M. Motion unanimously passed.
MOTION made by Karen Pierce and seconded by Tom Long to return deposits and rental fees to seven renters, who canceled their bookings due to the December 14th event - deposits $500.00, rental fees $1,105.00
Motion unanimously passed.
MOTION made by Tom Long and seconded by Marie Smith to adjourn this meeting at 11:40 A.M. Motion unanimously passed.
