Topics of Discussion:
- Reviewed List of Tasks compiled using input from staff ( gathered spring 2011)
- Recognizing the aspects of ETH are fluid, with workloads and occupation fluctuating between tenant occupancy and numerous special events, subcommittee members will work collaboratively with ETH staff to collect more information to better understand process and procedures
- Revisit existing line items of duties and distribution of tasks
- Understand the basic needs of the building
- Roles different functions plays in determination of tasks
- Process involved for all ETH venues: theater, concessions, rentals
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Semiannually
- Annually
