The Edmond Town Hall Board of Managers held a Special Meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 7:OO PM, Mary Hawley Room,
Edmond Town Hall, Newtown, Connecticut.
PRESENT: Chairman James Juliano, Margot Hall, Tom Long, Mary Fellows, Marie Smith, Karen Pierce.
The Board considered various improvements and relocation of staff, requiring improvements of space. Mary Fellows had prepared the list.
MOTION made by Mary Fellows and seconded by Karen Pierce to approve an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 for the following:
Improvements to the Gym restrooms $500.00 est.
New backboards in Gym $400.00 est.
Improve shop space off the Gym $500.00 est.
Purchase garbage can for outside $400.00 est.
Paint ladies rm - downstairs $100.00 est.
Motion discussed and unanimously passed.
MOTION made by Karen Pierce and seconded by Tom Long to adjourn this meeting at 8:31 P.M. Motion unanimously passed.
