Minutes of the special meeting of the Edmond Town Hall Board of Managers held on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 in the Mary Hawley Room, Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street, Newtown, CT.
PRESENT: Mary Fellows, Kathleen Madzula, Karen Pierce, and Sandra Motyka
ABSENT: Marie Smith
Vice Chairman Sandra Motyka called the meeting to order at 6:04 pm. and announced the purpose of the special meeting: To fill the seat on the board vacated by the resignation of Chairman Jay Gill.
Motion: Mary Fellows nominated James Juliano to replace Jay Gill. Seconded by Kathleen Madzula. A brief discussion followed. Vote: Unanimous: All in favor of seating James Juliano.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
