The following items were discussed: 
Long Term Goals (LTG), for Edmond Town Hall 
- Versatility of use of space
 
- Hierarchy of LTG CIP will be developed based on information gathered by committees formed as part of the  Ad Hoc committee, to guide informed decision making
 
 
 
Short-term/Benchmarks towards achieving LTG:  
- Formulate Ad Hoc Committee using Steering Committee model
 
 
- Invite individuals as needed per expertise
 
 
- Fields of expertise in given areas
 
- Background knowledge of “What should be considered…” along the process
 
 
- Independent research by sub groups will report to ETHBOM 
 
 
- Finance
 
- Zoning
 
- Revenue Generation/Business
 
- Guidance from FFH research regarding remediation and estimate of costs
 
- CIP process: As Ad Hoc groups share their findings, 5 year CIP plan will be prioritized with the guidance of those who are familiar with the CIP process
 
 
- Allowed usage of ETH placed in formal document per the Borough for quick access
 
- BOM: Evaluate footprint/blue print of building and square footage
 
- Ad Hoc: Comparative/competitive list for leasing per square foot throughout town/region
 
 
- Guide restructuring of rates
 
 
- Completive market
 
- Offering support to community based not for profit groups by reducing rates and possible offering room with a suggested donation
 
- Section building into functional access zone;
 
 
- Create secure zones using key coded access
 
 
- Monitor all those entering and leaving occupied spaces
 
- Limit access to specified areas to those holding cards to ensure privacy and security of tenants
 
 
- Modular use model
 
- Moth ball areas as needed while maintaining integrity and access to rest of building
