Special Board of Trustees Meeting
July 24, 2012
Present: Dan Cruson, Tom D’Agostino, Carolyn Faxon, John Godin, Colleen Honan, Mary Kelley, Bill McCarthy, Mark Principi, Jennifer Reilly, Martha Robilotti, Michelle Rosenthal, Peter Stern, John Trentacosta
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Martha Robilotti, Board President
Fundraising: John Godin gave updates on all aspects of fundraising activities. He announced that he needs to step down as fundraising chair person.
John Godin made a motion to extend Veronica Parslow's internship for fundraising through December 1st, 2012. Michelle Rosenthal seconded the motion. The motion was accepted, pending Ms. Parslow's acceptance.
Carolyn Faxon and Colleen Honan graciously accepted the roles of co-chairpersons of the Fundraising Committee. Mary Kelley offered to assist as needed.
Move to adjourn by Carolyn Faxon, seconded by Colleen Honan. Approval was unanimous.
Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.
