Michelle made a motion to enter into executive session to discuss personnel issues. Kathy seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
Committee returned to public session at 6:03 p.m.
Moira moved to adjourn the meeting, Kathy seconded, all in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
