Charter Appointment Committee of the Newtown Legislative Council Chairman Paul Lundquist called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
VOTER COMMENT: No members of public present
NEW BUSINESS
EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF INTERVIEWING CHARTER REVISION COMMISSION APPLICANTS: MOTION: Ms. Jacob moved to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of interviewing Charter Revision Commission Applicants.
6:07 -- Executive session to interview George Caracciolo
6:30 -- Executive session to interview John Moran
7:00 -- Executive session to interview Lucia Kortze
7:20 – Committee returned to public session
FUTURE MEETING SCHEDULE - Mr. Lundquist asked the availability of committee members. The Committee agreed to meet Wednesday, June 27, at 6:00pm and Thursday, June 28, at 6:00pm at locations to be determined.
Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
