HATTERTOWN HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMISSION
ON WEDNESDAY JULY 29, 2009
AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE MARY HAWLEY ROOM IN EDMUND TOWN HALL.
Present were the regular members Bruce Degen, Chris Degen, Moira Rodgers and Michelle Rosenthal. Also present was alternate member Chris Layda.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. Nominations were opened for the election of Commission officers for the year July 2009/2010.
Moira Rogers nominated Bruce Degen as Chairman, and Chris Degen as Vice Chair/Secretary. Nominations were seconded by Michelle Rosenthal.
As there were no other nominations, a vote was called by Bruce Degen. Seconded by Michelle Rosenthal.
The nominees were elected unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:25.
