The Fairfield Hills Authority Planning Committee held a Special Meeting at the Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT,
Conference Room Thursday, May 10, 2012 to discuss the proposed development of Woodbury Hall. Jim Berndardi called the meeting to order
at 7:05p.m.
Present: Jim Bernardi, (FHA) Mike Holmes (FHA), John Madzula(FHA),
Also Present: Elizabeth Stocker, (Director, Economic & Comm. Dev.).
Public Participation: None.
Executive Session: Mike Holmes moved to go into Executive Session. Jim Bernardi seconded the motion. The committee asked Elizabeth Stocker to attend. All in attendance voted unanimously to go into Executive Session.
Executive Session was ended at 10:40p.m.
Adjournment: John Madzula made a motion to adjourn. Mike Holmes seconded the motion. All in attendance voted unanimously to adjourn.
