The Fairfield Hills Authority Subcommittee on Economic Development held a meeting on Friday, March 26th, 2010 in Conference Room #3 in the Newtown Municipal Center, #3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT. The meeting was called to order by John Reed at 8:00 a.m.
Attendance: John Reed, Kathy Furey, John Madzula and Elizabeth Stocker.

- Order of Business: Review and discussed proposed Exclusive Right to Lease Agreement.
- Public Participation: None
- Motion: John Madzula made a motion to approve the Exclusive Right to Lease Agreement as discussed subject to concurrence of Attorney Pennarola and then forward it to the Board of Selectman with a recommendation that the agreement be approved. Seconded by Kathy Furey. Motion was passed unanimously.
No further business was discussed. Meeting was adjourned at 8:55 a.m.
