The Fairfield Hills Authority held a special meeting on Tuesday, February 05, 2008 at the Newtown Library Meeting Room, 25 Main Street, Newtown, CT. Bob Geckle called the meeting to order at 7:36 p.m.
Present: Bob Geckle, Chairman, Don Studley, Michael Holmes, Amy Dent and Moira Rodgers.
Absent: Julia Wasserman, Andrew Willie, John Reed and Walt Motyka.
Also Present: George Benson, Director, Land Use Agency and Will Rodgers, Legislative Council
Public Discussion: None
Discussion of Signage Regulations for the Fairfield Hills Campus: Amy Dent and George Benson presented to the attending board members the updated Signage Regulations for the Fairfield Hills Campus to be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval. (See Attached).
Motion: Amy Dent motioned that the Fairfield Hills Authority accept the proposed revisions of the Fairfield Hills Adaptive Reuse, Article 6.03.410, 6.03.420 and 6.03.600 including Sub Article 6.03.610. Moira Rodgers seconded. The vote was unanimous.
Motion to Adjourn: Amy Dent made a motion to adjourn. Moira Rodgers seconded.
