Minutes of September 12, 2011 Special Meeting
Newtown Municipal Center, Council Chambers
Present: Michael Floros, Paul Lundquist, Robert Maurer, Ben Roberts, Nancy Roznicki, Alan Shepard and Deborra Zukowski; Absent: Michael Mossbarger and Gary Steele; Also Present: One member of the media.
Mr. Floros called the meeting to order at 6:43 pm.
Approval of Minutes: Mr. Lundquist motioned to approve the minutes of September 8, 2011, and seconded by Mr. Roberts. The minutes were approved as written
Public Participation – None
Final Report Deliberations – The committee members reviewed and discussed sections of the final report. Ms. Roznicki was not comfortable with the commercial/economic section. After a full discussion and final review of all the changes to be made (by Ms. Zukowski) the following motion was made:
Mr. Roberts motioned to approve the final document as amended by the committee. Mr. Floros seconded the motion. The motion carried 6 to 1.

Ms. Roznicki - No
Mr. Shepard – Yes
Ms. Zukowski - Yes
Ms. Zukowski motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 pm. Mr. Roberts seconded the motion. The motioned was approved unanimously.
