Review existing plans for recreation
Identify town and community groups who may have needs for outdoor space on the campus and contact these groups to understand needs
Collect supporting information to help the public understand the needs and why Fairfield Hills is an appropriate venue
Process
List organizations and assign to one of the following three groups: 1) direct, face-to-face discussion, 2) letter of introduction followed by follow-up phone call, 3) letter of introduction with invitation to participate by either contacting us or by joining public participation events. Group-A members include those that already have vetted interests in the current master plan. Group-B members include organizations that have a history of using the property. Group-C members include other local organizations with broad community outreach.
Contact all members of groups, where method of contact is based on the assigned group.
Attend commission meetings that include discussion of Fairfield Hills use.

Attend Conservation Commission meeting on 11/9
Work with Any Mangold/Ed Marks and Dan Holmes/James Belden/Joseph Hovias to find a time to meet with the entire subcommittee
Contact representatives of Cultural Arts Commission and Commission on Aging
Craft and send letters of introduction for groups B and C and follow up with phone calls to members of Group-B.
