The Board of Ethics held a Regular Meeting on Thursday December 2, 2010 at 6:30 pm at the Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, Connecticut.
Board Members Present: Suzanne Copp, Brian Ochs, Addie Sandler, Stephen Sedensky, Nick Schmidt, and Ronald Wilcox.
Public Present: No members of the public were present.
Chairman Brian Ochs called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2011 Meeting Schedule
The Board of Ethics will continue to have meetings scheduled for the first Thursday of all the even months in 2011. The meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The clerk will forward the schedule to the committee members and the Town Clerk.
Review of Complaint Procedures and Code of Ethics
The Board members reviewed complaint procedures and protocols. Mr. Ochs will contact the Town attorney to review some items discussed and will then send a draft of the complaint procedures to the board members for review.

Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
