Minutes of the special meeting of the Public Building and Site Commission held on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 in the Office Conference of the Reed Intermediate School, 3 Trades Lane, Newtown. CT. Chairman Robert Mitchell called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Robert Mitchell, James Juliano, Thomas Catalina, Anthony D’Angelo, Peter Samoskevich. ABSENT: Craig Ansman, John Cunningham, Robert Mulholland.
Also Present: Clerk of the Works candidate William Knight, Parks and Recreation Commission Chairman Ed Marks.
Appointment of Clerk of the Works (Project Representative). Mr. Juliano moved to recommend that the Board of Selectmen hire William Knight as the Project Representative for the Town of Newtown. Second by Mr. Mitchell. After discussion, motion unanimously carried.
Adjournment. Upon motion of Mr. Juliano, the meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
