   Property Location/Description being appealed: 10 Sugar Hill Road, Newtown, CT 06470
   Reason for Appeal: Believes the property value has declined due to the neighboring property,
    and it’s unauthorized vehicle storage. No buffer with Sugar Hill Gas Station, and has removed
    an excessive amount of trees which has left the property line exposed.
    Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. The land will receive a deduction of (-15%) for
    economic obsolescence.

     without obtaining the permits and variances needed, and also cleared trees that provided
     privacy from the parking lot.
    Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Apply (-15%) functional obsolescence to the land
     value.

Board Discussion/Resolution: Physical inspection required. Based on inspection appeal is approved. Correct the inaccuracies on the field card. Reduce square footage above the garage, and the deck which is listed as an addition. Also, change the grade and class factor to 10/10.
