     addition, at least 1+ acres is unusable land due to sloping and wetlands.

Reason for Appeal: Property is assessed at $384,940 and was purchased for $380,000 in March of 2006. Since 2006 homes in CT have dropped 22% per Zillow.com and 24% per RealtyTrac.com. Validating this drop is the sale of 4 Trout Brook Circle in June of 2009 for $292,000.
Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Need to switch basement area and basement finish area they are backwards. Reduce the basement finish area from 964/sq.ft. to 870/sq.ft.

Furthermore, the South East property line abuts the I-84.
