   Reason for Appeal: Assessed value too high for properties.

   Reason for Appeal: Assessment too high based on current market conditions purchased
    the house in the summer of 2008 for $360,000. Also, comparable properties have lower
    assessments. In addition, some of the land is unusable due to slope.
   Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. -15% Topography.

    Reason for Appeal: Believes house is valued too high based on the purchase price of
     $200,000 in 2008. Comparable properties have a lower value and unusable land due to
     severe slope.
    Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. -10% vacant & -15% topography.

    2008 Revised Property Assessment: $156,560

    Reason for Appeal: On assessment date property was over valued relative to similar
     properties, both land and building, and insufficient weight was given to vacancy factor
     and what it implied for future rental income.
    Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Change fair market value to $1,648,213.
     Compared to Waterfall Plaza Cap Rate.

     excessive sloping, and needs sewers before it can even be thought of as buildable.
     Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Change fair market value to $15,000.

Reason for Appeal: A 48% increase in assessment seems excessive. Also, to make certain the property is correctly classified as residential.
Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Change condition of house from average to poor. Change adjustment factor to 1.0 & -5% for traffic.
