Reason for Appeal: Believes property is over assessed due to the condition of the
house, and acreage is wrong on the field card.
Board Discussion/Resolution: Inspection needed. Approved. Reduced the condition of
the house from average to fair, and corrected the acreage.

of the property is wetlands and the remainder of the property is within a regulated area.
Furthermore, the property is divided in half by Pole Bridge Brook, and the back half of
the property is inaccessible due to the brook.
Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Reduce property assessment to $63,000 due
to excessive wetlands.

Reason for Appeal: Property increase seems unreasonable due to condition of house and outbuildings. In addition, on the second floor there is only (1) bedroom which is an auxiliary room and heating is listed incorrectly.
Board Discussion/Resolution: Approved. Change heat from radiant to FHA, change condition of garage to poor, change the condition of the barn to fair, and change condition of the shed to fair. -5% for dirt road, and change the number of bedrooms on the second floor to a (1) bedroom auxiliary room.

and the condition it is in. House needs a new kitchen floor, bathroom floor, fireplace
needs to be replaced. There are no curtain drains so when it rains the water runs into the
garage and basement. The lay of the hand has restrictions.

Reason for Appeal: Assessed value increased 9% in current year, assessed value of land does not adequately deduct for only (2) acres usable with 5.3 acres wetlands plus neighborhood retention pond on property which creates a liability for owner, home actually constructed (2) years before property was purchased but appraised as built in 2006, recent improvements (vinyl pool and basement) serve at best to retain value of property in significant declining market, overpaid for home and improvements relative to other properties in neighborhood.
