meeting notes
May 17, 2010

1. In Attendance: Barbara White Planning Board Vice Chairman, Ann Miles, Planning Board Member and Brian Groth Circuit Rider Planner. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Administrative Assistant, Lisa Babcock.  Also in attendance: Scott Frankiewicz, Engineer for 125 Development NH Corp.

The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm.

2. 125 Development NH Corp. discussion regarding an Application for Earth Excavation at Puzzle Lane.  Tax Map 14, Block 1, Lot 27-4.

Mr. Frankiewicz stated that he submitted an application for an excavation permit for lot 14-1-27-4 at Puzzle Lane.  He said he was also working on getting the Alteration of Terrain permit renewed. The goal is to get the cease and desist order lifted and to prep the site for potential buyers.

Miles suggested that they work on one lot at a time on Puzzle Lane.  Mr. Frankiewicz said they would like to submit the AOT permit for lots 27-3 and 27-4 because of the high cost of the permit fee.

White asked what will be done with the material that is excavated.  Mr. Frankiewicz said the material will be used on lot 27-3.  Groth said that should be noted on the plans.

Miles asked if there were any other outstanding issues for the property.  For lot 27-1, Phase II, the drainage easement language needs to be submitted (granting an easement from lot 27-B to lot 27-1) and a mylar needs to be submitted for recording showing the larger building if a variance is granted.  A mylar is also needed for 27-3, phase II.

Miles said they should show the board their plan for storing the excavated materials.

Groth said to show the abutting dwellings and the setback lines on the plans. Groth asked if they would be submitting a plan for stormwater drainage.  Mr. Frankiewicz said that because they are not adding impervious surface and they are not directing water off site everything would be covered under the AOT.

Miles suggested bonding the portion of Puzzle Lane that is owned by the town.

3. Adjourn: The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 pm.

Respectfully Submitted,

Lisa Babcock
