Minutes
December 29, 2010
Kevin Jolicoeur called the meeting to order at 5:08. Nancy Wrigley, Kim Hughes, Mary Marshall, Jack Kozec, and Kevin Jolicoeur were present.
Jack Kozec seconded by Kim Hughes motioned to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
The suggestions of Town counsel were reviewed. More wording will be added to the ordinance under Permits. Mary Marshall will insert the wording and redistribute copies of the ordinance.
After discussing various possible suggestions for warrant articles regarding the recycling fund, on the suggestion of Kim Hughes, the committee decided by consensus to use 2011 to create an overall plan for the transfer station. Warrant articles could then be presented at the 2012 Town meeting with the plan to present to the voters.
Kim Hughes suggested that we create a cover sheet to be presented to voters along with a copy of the ordinance. The committee will work on that at the next meeting.
The committee will meet on Wednesday, January 12th at 7:00 PM.
Kevin adjourned the meeting at 6:05.
