149-M SOLID WASTE COMMITTEE MEETING
Minutes
September 29th, 2010
The meeting was called to order by the Chair, Kevin Jolicoeur at 7:03. In attendence were Keven Jolicoeur, Jack Kozek, Nancy Wrigley, Bob Bartlett, Kim Hughes, and Mary Marshall.
A motion to accept the minutes as presented made by Nancy Wrigley and seconded by Kim Hughes was passed unanimously.
Kevin led the discussion of each section of the proposed ordinance. The committee worked at improving wording. At the end of the evening each of the sections had been addresses with the exception of Definitions. Kim and Mary will work on identifying words that need to be define and coming up with a beginning list with definitions.
The next meeting will be October 20th at 7:00pm.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50pm.
