PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES
Chairman Doggett called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm. In attendance were Selectmen James L. Doggett, Chairman, Matthew A. Burrill, Vice Chairman, Lawrence B. Foote and Lisa L. Gonyer. The Public and Non-Public Meeting was recorded and minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr. was excused this evening.
Chairman Doggett informed the Board that there is an oath of office appointment in front of them this evening for Michael Pivero to the Fire Station Building Committee, with an expiration date of March 31, 2017.
Selectman Gonyer moved to appoint Michael Pivero to the Fire Station Building Committee. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous vote.
Non-public Session under RSA 91-A: 3 II (a) – (c) HR Matters
Selectman Burrill moved to go into Nonpublic Session at 6:04 pm under RSA 91-A: 3 II (a) – (c) HR Matters. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous roll call vote: Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote - aye, Gonyer - aye.
Selectman Gonyer moved to come out of non-public at 6:38 pm. Second by Selectman
Foote with a unanimous roll call vote: Doggett – aye, Burrill - aye, Foote – aye, Gonyer - aye.
Selectman Burrill moved that the Board just came out of a non-public session under RSA 91-A: 3 II (a) - (c) HR Matters and that they keep all matters discussed confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the Board the circumstances no longer apply except to announce that Gail LeBlanc, Planning Board Administrative Assistant has been taken off of her 6-month probation. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous vote.
Selectman Gonyer moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:39 pm. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous vote.
