PUBLIC MEETING
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Doggett called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm. In attendance were Selectmen James L. Doggett, Chairman, Matthew A. Burrill, Vice Chairman, Lawrence B. Foote, Lisa L. Gonyer and Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. The public meeting was recorded; the public and non-public minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr. and Office Manager Mary Winglass were excused this evening.
Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A: 3 II (a) – (c) HR Matters
Selectman Burrill moved to go into Nonpublic Session at 5:35 pm under RSA 91-A: 3 II (a) – (c) HR Matters. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous roll call vote: Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote, - aye, Gonyer - aye.
Selectman Burrill moved to come out of non-public at 7:03 pm. Second by Selectman Gonyer with a unanimous roll call vote: Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote – aye, Gonyer – aye.
Selectman Burrill moved that the Board just came out of a non-public session under RSA 91-A: 3 II (a) - (c) and that they keep all matters discussed confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the Board the circumstances no longer apply except to announce the hiring of Kristal D. DeHart as the Board of Appeals Secretary at Grade IX Step 2, not to exceed 15 hours a month, with a 6-month probationary period, pending the background check, effective 09/26/16. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous vote.
Selectman Burrill moved that for the purposes of completing a grant application, that the Board ask the Treasurer to give the Bank Account Number and Routing Number to Police Chief Jewett. Second by Selectman Gonyer with a unanimous vote.
Selectman Burrill moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 pm. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous vote.
