PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES

  • Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (c) – Appointments; (a) – Performance Evaluation

Selectman Burrill moved to keep all discussion from the nonpublic session confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply.  Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous roll call vote.

  • Pledge of Allegiance

  • Approval of Minutes (Review prior to meeting)
  • Selectmen December 15, 2015 Public and Nonpublic Meeting
  • Selectmen December 21, 2015 Public and Nonpublic Meeting
  • Selectmen December 22, 2015 Public and Nonpublic Meeting
  • Selectmen December 29, 2015 Public and Nonpublic Meeting
  • Selectmen January 5, 2016 Public and Nonpublic Meeting
Foote moved to approve the Public and Nonpublic Meeting minutes dated December 15, 2015, December 21, 2015, December 22, 2015, December 29, 2015 and January 5, 2016 as written.  Second by Gonyer with a unanimous vote.

  • Other Business, Sign Manifests, Requisitions, Abatements, Tax Credits, Correspondence and Appointments
  • Vendor, Payroll and Welfare Manifest
Foote moved to sign the Vendor Manifest dated 1/18/2016 in the amount of $988,213.27.  Second by Burrill with a unanimous vote.

Burrill moved to sign the Payroll Manifest for the pay period 12/27/15-1/9/16 with a pay date of 1/15/16.  Second by Foote with a unanimous vote.

Foote moved to sign the Welfare Manifest dated 1/11/2016 in the amount of $850.00.  Second by Gonyer with a unanimous vote.

  • Sign Personnel Policies & Procedures
Burrill moved to sign the amended Personnel Policies and Procedures with the changes to part time PTO schedule.  Second by Foote with a unanimous vote.

  • Adjourn
Burrill moved to close the meeting at 6:57pm.  Second by Gonyer with a unanimous vote.
