PUBLIC MEETING
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Donovan opened the meeting at 5:35pm. In attendance were Selectmen Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Chairman, James L. Doggett, Vice Chairman, Matthew A. Burrill, Lawrence B. Foote, Lisa L. Gonyer, Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass. The draft minutes were transcribed and typed by Office Manager Winglass.
- Approval of Minutes (Review prior to meeting)
- Selectmen’s Public Hearing Meeting minutes dated October 13, 2015
Burrill moved to accept the Selectmen’s Public Hearing Meeting minutes dated October 13, 2015. Second by Doggett with a unanimous vote.
- Other Business, Sign Manifests, Requisitions, Abatements, Tax Credits, Correspondence and Appointments
Doggett moved to sign the Payroll Manifest dated 11/06/2015 for the pay period 10/18 - 10/31. Second by Burrill with a unanimous vote.
Doggett moved to sign the Vendor Manifest dated 10/22/2015 in the amount of $834.20. Second by Foote with a unanimous vote.
Doggett moved to sign the Vendor Manifest dated 11/3/2015 in the amount of $416,068.98. Second by Foote with a unanimous vote.
Doggett moved to sign Notice of Intent to Cut Wood or Timber for PID#10-7-10. Second by Burrill with a unanimous vote.
Doggett moved to sign requisition #2528 prepared by Selectmen’s Office Manager to purchase a 1-year subscription to GoDaddy for email-unlimited storage in the amount of $464.00. Second by Gonyer with a unanimous vote.
Doggett moved to rescind the motion made on September 15, 2015 to renew with GoDaddy a 2-year subscription at a price of $191.76. Second by Gonyer with a unanimous vote.
Burrill informed the Selectmen that Next Wednesday at Sargent Woods at 11:11am they will salute the flag in observance of Veteran’s Day and they have asked for a Selectman to say a few words; Burrill will represent the Board of Selectmen at this event.
Next Selectmen’s Meeting is a work meeting on November 9th; the public meeting will be at the beginning with a nonpublic session at the end of the meeting.
Donovan moved to close the meeting at 5:41pm. Second by Burrill, motion passed with a unanimous vote.
