  • Cont review of Procedural Defect Meeting per RSA 31:5-b
Selectman Burrill gave the Board a status update on a letter the Board received from the State of NH Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) dated August 6, 2015.  The letter from DRA Municipal Accounts Auditor has been forwarded to Town Counsel and the Bond Attorney and at this time we have not received a response from either party.  A handful of solutions have been discussed to remedy this minor procedural defect but the letter from DRA shows only one solution which is also the most complicated; therefore the Board is obtaining legal opinions.  Burrill hoped to have more information for the Board’s next meeting on September 1, 2015.

  • Announcements
  • Other Business, Sign Manifests, Requisitions, Abatements, Tax Credits, Correspondence and Appointments
Office Manager Winglass asked the Board to allow the Selectmen’s Office to close on Tuesday, September 15th allowing her to attend a Budget Workshop held by the Local Government Center.  The Board all agreed to close the office for the day but will still hold their meeting that evening.

Doggett moved to sign a Welfare Manifest in the amount of $454.  Second by Foote with a unanimous vote.

  • Adjourn
Doggett moved to adjourn at 6:08pm.  Second by Foote with a unanimous vote.

Respectfully Submitted,

Mary Winglass, Office Manager
