PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Donovan opened the meeting at 6:00 pm. In attendance were Selectmen Robert S. Donovan, Jr., James L. Doggett, Matthew A. Burrill, Lawrence B. Foote, Lisa L. Gonyer, and Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. The Non-Public Meeting Minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Chairman Donovan moved to go into Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) - Transfer Station; (d) - 8 Merrimac Road; Second by Selectman Burrill with a roll call vote: Donovan - aye; Doggett – aye; Burrill - aye; Foote - aye; Gonyer – aye.
Selectman Burrill moved to close the Non-Public Meeting at 6:12 pm. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous roll call vote to keep all matters confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply with the exception to make Peter Gagnon the Probationary Assistant Manager of the Transfer Station for a six month period at a rate of $14.96 an hour at Grade XI Step 9, effective 06/16/15, with no further increase on his review date in July. Donovan - aye, Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote - aye, Gonyer – aye.
Selectman Doggett moved that we post the apartment at 8 Merrimac Road for $1,500.00 a month with an August 1, 2015 first day of occupancy. Second by Selectman Foote. Roll Call Vote: Donovan - aye; Doggett - aye; Foote - aye; Burrill - nay; Gonyer - nay;
All applications to lease the apartment are to be submitted to Town Administrator Nancy Wrigley with Selectman Doggett as the lead person overseeing the process.
Selectman Doggett moved to sign the Welfare Manifest for $425.00. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous vote.
Selectman Burrill moved to recess the public session at 6:15 pm to resume upstairs at 6:30 pm. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous vote.
