PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Donovan opened the meeting at 6:33 pm. In attendance were Selectmen Robert S. Donovan, Jr., James L. Doggett, Matthew A. Burrill, Larry B. Foote, Charles R. Melvin, Sr. and Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. The Non-Public Meeting Minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (b) – Fire Department
Selectman Donovan moved to go into Non-Public Session at 6:33 pm under RSA 91-A:3 II (b) Fire Department. Second by Selectman Doggett, passed with a unanimous roll call vote: Donovan – aye, Doggett – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote – aye, Melvin – aye.
Selectman Doggett left the meeting at 7:15 pm to attend another meeting.
Chairman Donovan moved to close the Non-Public Meeting at 7:45 pm. Second by Selectman Burrill with a unanimous roll call vote to keep all matters confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply. Donovan – aye, Burrill – aye, Foote – aye, Melvin – aye.
Chairman Donovan adjourned the meeting at 7:45 pm. Second by Selectman Burrill. The vote was unanimous.
